Secondary
Principals Implementation Network (SPIN)
is a unique professional development opportunity designed specifically
for Secondary Principals who are implementing an action plan
for improvement and need support to bring out the best in their
school plan and their people. SPIN brings together a collaborative
group of high striving school administrators focused on improving
student achievement at their school sites and connects them
to: effective secondary school research, models of high poverty/high
performing schools, and focused implementation support. The
SPIN target audience is: Middle School and High School Principals
of Title I Schools, State Decile Rankings 1 or 2 OR Program
Improvement Cohorts 1, 2 or 3. Participation is limited to 30
Principals.

confidence. We insist on Staff Development as an integral
piece of the improvement strategy. |
